| Louis understands that the Creator designed us for His purpose. This epiphany inspired Louis to pursue God's purpose for his life, but it wasn't until he looked within that it was revealed. Now that he is aware of where he fits into the Master's plan, he is on a mission to inspire others to find God's purpose for their lives. To satisfy his passion for purpose, he founded TYJ & Associates, an inspirational speaking organization. Louis joined the State Farm Insurance organization in 1981. While employed full time, he graduated in 1983 from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1987 he took a leap of faith, as an entrepreneur, and opened a State Farm Insurance Agency in Mesquite, Texas. With a proven track record of 22 years with the largest insurance company in the world (and the last 16 of those years spent self-employed as a State Farm agent), Louis brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience as well as key strategies for optimizing these experiences in the sales and customer service areas. These experiences allow him to speak about today’s business challenges from a position of authority. He successfully served the company, his clients, and the community with great pride. In 2003 he retired as a State Farm Agent to pursue God's purpose for his life. Louis accepted his call to the ministry in 1986 and became an ordained minister. He has served as worship leader, Sunday school teacher, and a Bible study facilitator. He served as an associate minister for six years at the St. Luke’s “Community” United Methodist Church under the guidance and leadership of Dr. Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr. – one of the great pastors of the world today. It was Dr. Holmes who taught him to revere God only and to keep his eyes on God, and to see His works and wonders. Louis accredits all that he has accomplished to his parents who taught him at an early age to put God first. As a Christian, Louis has a passion for people and the truth. His messages are grounded in truth and delivered in love. His ability to deliver a straightforward message that pierces the soul of man is where he shines. His love to inspire others has earned him the title “The Inspirator.” Predestined by God, his vision in view and steps ordered, he presses toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
